Tata Hexa is published at 2016 Auto Expo and will launch in early 2017. Hexa is based on Aria platform which may have similar lines but it is completely new vehicle. It has almost built a new car on the same platform with their HorizonNext .Tata Hexa build quality and equipment and was exposed to public at Auto Expo 20016. Hexa competes head to head with Mahindra XUV500.

Tata Hexa Exterior

Hexa look like SUV and the cars fascia boasts of newly designed with projector headlamps, a honeycomb grille and a new bumper with fog lamps. Honeycomb is also on the front chin. Hexa measures 4,764 mm in length, 1,895 in length and 1,780 in height. This Vehicles has a long wheelbase of 2,850mm

Seats are newly designed in 19-inch alloy wheels; overall design is same to Aria. It contains rear bumper with dual exhaust tips, dual-tone paint scheme with new reflectors where shape is changed and contains a tail lamps with horizontal and comes with LED units.

Tata Hexa Interior

Tata always to give premium feel for the interiors so they always use silver and black color for interiors. It has an option to control climate with a separate Zone AC for third row passengers. People who are sitting in third row allow adults to seat comfortably. Adjustable outside rear view mirrors are there. The audio system has a touchscreen display with USB, AUX and Bluetooth connectivity.

Engine and gearbox of Tata Hexa

Hexa has a Varicor 400 2.2 liters of turbocharged four cylinder diesel engine. This develops 154bhp of power and 400Nm of torque. Engine has six-speed torque which converters automatically. It is also a wheel driven system but it is restricted to the manual gearbox.

Driving Quality

Hexa really done a lot of good work in department and is tough to give competitions to its challengers. You have to notice few things like clutch, steering, gear, accelerator and brake. Whereas, clutch is soft and comfortable on the feet, brakes are mandatory. In Tata Hexa steering is much lighter in the automatic variants which compared to the manual 4×4 model.
